Amendment of section 12 of Act of 2006

215. Section 12 of the Act of 2006 is amended—

(a) by the substitution of “detained person” for “patient” in each place that it occurs, and

(b) in subsection (6)(a), by the substitution of “detained persons” for “patients”.
