Borrowing for purposes of Part III.

66. [1] The London County Council and the Commissioners of Sewers[2] may borrow for the purpose of the execution of this part of this Act in like manner and subject to the like conditions as they may borrow for the purposes of Part I. of this Act, and a sanitary authority may borrow for the purpose of the execution of this part of this Act in like manner and subject to the like conditions as for the purpose of defraying the above-mentioned general or special expenses.
