Goods seized under levy warrant may be sold without a licensed auctioneer.

It shall and may be lawful for the constable, bailiff, or any other person or persons who may be charged with the execution of any warrant under the authority of this Act to sell or cause to be sold the goods seized under such warrant, without employing a licensed auctioneer to conduct or effect such sale, . . .
