The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), makes the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations are the Avian Influenza (Biosecurity measures) Regulations 2024 (Revocation) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 31 May 2025. | ||
2. The Avian Influenza (Biosecurity measures) Regulations 2024 are revoked. | ||
