Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, JIM O’CALLAGHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 (1) of the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 (No. 1 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 (Section 104) (Designation of public service body) Order 2025.

2. An Ghníomhaireacht um Fhoréigean Baile, Gnéasach agus Inscnebhunaithe is designated as a public service body for the purposes of Part 3 of the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 (No. 1 of 2024).
