Amendment of Schedule 2 to Act of 1942
48. The Act of 1942 is amended in Part 1 of Schedule 2 by the insertion of the following item after item 50:
“

Finance (Provision of Access to Cash Infrastructure) Act 2025
Parts 1 and 2 save in so far as those Parts apply to ATM deployers and cash-in-transit providers (both within the meaning of that Act)
”.
