Management to be vested in local authority.

61. [1] —(1) The general management, regulation, and control of the lodging houses established or acquired by a local authority under this part of this Act shall be vested in and exercised by the local authority.

(2) The local authority may make such reasonable charges for the tenancy or occupation of the lodging houses provided under this part of this Act as they may determine by regulations.
